Trúc Linh (pronounce as “ Trook-Lin” = Lively little Bamboo in translation) has introduced a stylish new concept in authentic Vietnamese and Asian dining to Windsor. The fashionable, contemporary restaurant is housed in a popular, beautifully Town Green area in the heart of old Windsor "The gate way to the wine country".

Main dining room features an eclectic mixture of influences from around Viet Nam. Intricate art works, decorative linens and other little touches create an intimate, relaxing and romantic ambiance, all balanced by custom made water features.

The food is cutting edge Vietnamese and Asian fusion, with a sizable menu of authentic dishes in different styles of Vietnamese cooking. Trúc Linh also features a sizeable list of wines from around California & imported beers from Vietnam and other countries.

All dishes are cooked to order using the freshest ingredients, and no MSG added in most dishes. The results are delicious, healthy, and very sensibly priced. For a business lunch, Trúc Linh offers a daily set of special lunch dishes, and the a la carte dishes, and more authentic family selection after 4:30pm everyday.
